Cancellation Policy

A cancellation of more than 180 days notice prior to arrival date will not incur service charges; a cancellation of 21 days to 180 days will incur a fee of $50; a cancellation of less than 21 days notice prior to arrival will incur the cost of the full amount of the deposit (20% of full booking price). Non-arrival will incur full amount of the booking. This will be charged to your credit card.

A booking can be transferred to another date with 60 days notice prior to arrival without charges; transfer of booking dates of 7 to 60 days notice will incur a $50 fee; a booking transfer of less than 7 days notice prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the deposited amount.
